construction contracts, aims to resolve disputes in no more than 28
days and may be the best approach when time is of the
essence. We advise clients on how best to present a claim or
to respond, at short notice, to any claims made against them. We
are also able to advise on the enforcement of adjudication awards
and how to challenge the enforcement of an award.
