In the United States, we represent clients in individual,
multi-plaintiff and class action discrimination, harassment, wage
and hour, retaliation and other cases. In the Employment Tribunal,
we undertake all types of claim to include unfair dismissal,
discrimination, breach of contract and equal pay.
In the High Court, we regularly assist clients in what are often
extremely sensitive and time critical applications for injunctions
to uphold employees' confidentiality obligations, notice periods
and post-termination restrictive covenants.
Additionally, we have deep experience in handling all types of
benefit, retirement, pension and welfare-related disputes. We
regularly act for plan sponsors, pension scheme trustees and plan
fiduciaries, insurers of plan benefits and individual executives,
we act for clients across a wide range of areas, regularly bringing
and defending actions relating to matters such as alleged breaches
of fiduciary duties, claims for additional benefits and claims for
wrongful termination.
Furthermore, we implement government-provided correction
programs for qualified retirement plans, designed to minimize the
