Dominic Spacie
Partner
Dominic is a partner in the Energy, Infrastructure and Project
Finance department whose experience primarily lies in
concession-based project finance and general banking. He has
advised clients, including banks, sponsors/borrowers and the public
sector on all aspects of project financing, both on project-related
documentation and the finance documents (debt and capital market
solutions). In recent years has focused primarily on the PFI/PPP
sector in a number of sectors including social infrastructure,
transport, health and defence. He also has experience in the
airports and ports sector as well as renewable energy
Dominic spent nine months on secondment to the in-house legal
department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
advising the Bank on its debt and equity investments in Eastern
Europe. He also focuses on developing the firm's project
finance in both Turkey and Egypt.
