Tammy Samuel

Tammy has considerable experience in the drafting and
negotiation of commercial contracts (including PPP/PFI) in
particular in relation to transport projects. She has advised in
relation to railways both underground and over ground and has a
considerable knowledge of the regulatory structures of the railways
industry as a whole (both heavy and light rail). She has particular
experience of concessions based contracts (including UK rail
franchising), rolling stock procurement (including manufacturing,
maintenance and services arrangements) and infrastructure
development (including stations and depots). Tammy is currently
advising a Middle Eastern Government on the development of
policies, legislation and regulation for its surface land transport
activities. She regularly publishes articles in Rail Professional
Magazine.
Tammy has also advised on roads and aviation projects. and
has recently been involved in advising on renewable energy
transactions in relation to wind power, combined heat and power and
nuclear energy and is a member of our Renewables and Climate Change
team.
