Safwan has more than 27 years' experience practicing law in the
Gulf region, primarily in Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan. He has drafted
numerous agreements and legal documentation over the years
involving a host of areas. These include: banking facilities
agreements, corporate management agreements, hotel management
agreements, debt rescheduling agreements, satellite broadcasting
agreements, project management agreements, ISP agreements, mortgage
agreements (land, vessels, rigs, shares, etc), memorandum and
articles of association agreements for different types of
companies, online hotel and airline booking agreements, employment
agreements, lease agreements, franchise agreements, general
conditions of construction contracts, joint venture agreements and
settlement agreements. Previously, he has served in a variety of
high-level advisory roles at the Housing Bank, Al Diwan Al-Malaki,
Al-Hashemi, the Royal Hashemite Court in Jordan and the National
Bank of Kuwait.
