Patrick G. Moran

Partner

Patrick Moran handles a wide variety of commercial real estate and related financing matters, with a special emphasis on leasing, development and finance.

His current financing practice focuses on secured construction and term loans, as well as unsecured revolving credit loans to REITs and other real estate companies.

In the development area, Patrick regularly represents developers in venture formation, financing and leasing of major projects.

He has worked extensively with landlords and tenants over the last 30 years in the leasing of over 15,000,000 square feet of office space and has a specialty in ground leasing issues.

Patrick is also a past Chairman of SNR Denton's Real Estate practice and has received a "Band I" rating among Illinois real estate lawyers from Chambers USA.
