Christopher has 24 years'
experience, works right across the Energy, Transport and
Infrastructure sector, and is co-chair of the firm's global
practice. He specializes in the drafting and negotiation of
commercial contracts for regulated utility companies and in project
development, regulation and privatization. He has advised on major
projects in the railways, electricity, nuclear, water, oil and gas
and defense industries. He has advised on UK and international
privatizations and regulations and licensing regimes, including
forming regulators, writing laws and licenses, and making
representations and appearing at regulatory hearings. Christopher
has advised on the development/procurement of approximately 35
projects in these industries with an aggregate value in excess of
£75 billion.
Christopher has been ranked in the top tier in the legal
directories for his work in the rail, electricity, nuclear and
renewables and water industries and in respect of his Middle East
work. He has been described in the Chambers Legal directory as
"working wonders in achieving objectives, with a calm measured
approach ... being easy to work with and offering superb
advice".
