Matthew is the UK LLP CEO with
responsibility for the EMEA region. A
specialist in his field for over 20 years, he has extensive
project, energy and infrastructure finance experience, acting for
lenders, sponsors, Government departments, multi-laterals and
authorities in relation to a broad variety of sectors and assets.
The team he has led has won numerous awards, including
Infrastructure/Energy Team of the Year 2010 (The Lawyer Magazine).
In PPP, he
has advised on more than 35 projects, each procured on a project
finance basis, including with bank, bond or privately-placed bond
financings.
He is recognised in leading directories featuring lawyers highly
recommended in their areas of practice, and is cited in Chambers
Legal Directory 2009 for his 'outstanding analytical skills'.
