Founded in 1985, our New York office is home to sophisticated
corporate and real estate practices, as well as lawyers providing
complex litigation, taxation, trusts and estates, insolvency,

property, and general corporate counseling services to clients.
In 2009, the New York office grew significantly when 100 lawyers
from Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP joined us, dramatically
enhancing our corporate, banking and finance capabilities and
adding a market-leading capital markets and structured finance
practice.
