SNR Denton’s Chicago office is our oldest US office, founded in
1906 and serving some of the world’s largest and most notable
businesses. The office’s clients include leading public companies,
smaller and privately held businesses, prominent nonprofit
organizations, and individuals.
Nearly half of the lawyers in our Chicago office are members of
our litigation practice, with the remainder divided among areas
including real estate, corporate, intellectual property, health
care, employee benefits and bankruptcy, among others. Our
litigators are experienced in all types of litigation, including
commercial, real estate, construction, environmental, labor and
employment, government contracts, intellectual property,
securities, stockholder derivative suits, white collar criminal
defense and general appellate.
Our Chicago office has a well-established reputation as counsel
to insurance companies in litigation, counseling and transactional
matters. The Chicago office also has a long history of handling
virtually every type of real estate, including office buildings,
shopping centers, hotels, residential and industrial developments,
air rights, affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits and
other tax-advantaged real estate investment programs.
