Russia and CIS

Our CIS practice comprises more than 45 lawyers across Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

We became the largest law firm in Central Asia following the recruitment of eight lawyers from Coudert Brothers' Almaty office in October 2005. Part of our strategy of investment in the region, this acquisition gives us more than 20 lawyers across our Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan) offices.

We have also experienced significant growth in Russia, where our office is predominantly based around the Energy and Banking & Finance practices.
