SNR Denton’s energy team covers all types of
energy-related work, with extensive experience advising energy
businesses on all types of oil and gas projects. This
experience has been built up over 60 years through oil and gas
regulatory and project related work in the UK, Europe, Middle
East, CIS and Africa. Many of our lawyers have worked in-house in
energy businesses, either before joining us or while on secondment,
giving our energy team a unique understanding of the oil and
gas industry and the ability to deliver industry-based
solutions in a timely and focused manner.
We have a cross-departmental
petrochemicals practice comprising lawyers with experience in all
aspects of the petrochemicals and processing industry.
Specifically, the team has worked on joint ventures and strategic
alliances, mergers and acquisitions, feedstock and offtake
arrangements, technical services and maintenance arrangements,
hosting agreements, real estate transfers, facilities development,
